This Privacy Policy explains how LiquidLawn.com ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use our mobile application Lawn Reports by LiquidLawn (the "Application").
Our Core Privacy Commitment
We keep data collection to an absolute minimum. We only collect what is strictly necessary to provide your personalized AI lawn analysis: your full name and the lawn photos you choose to share.
1. Information We Collect
To deliver our core service, we collect limited information provided directly by you:
- Full Name: Collected to personalize your account experience and lawn reports.
- Lawn Images: Photos of your lawn that you upload explicitly through your device's camera or gallery so our AI can evaluate turf health and generate your report.
2. Automatically Collected Analytics & Diagnostics
To help us fix bugs and improve app performance, we use trusted third-party tools that automatically collect standard diagnostic data:
- Firebase Analytics: Helps us understand user interactions within the app to improve features.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and diagnostic data when the app encounters an error.
You can review Google's privacy practices regarding Firebase at Firebase Privacy & Security.
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Processing
The Application uses artificial intelligence to analyze your uploaded lawn photos. Your images are securely processed solely for the purpose of generating your customized lawn report and recommendations. We do not use your personal photos to train public or third-party AI models.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. We retain your profile data and uploaded images only for as long as necessary to provide you with your lawn reports or until you request deletion.
5. Your Rights & Deletion Requests
You have full control over your data. You can request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your personal data and uploaded images at any time.
To exercise these rights or ask any questions, please contact us at: rick@liquidlawn.com
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
